Account Terms
This page is for every player who opens or uses a Chatham Casino account. It applies from sign-up onward, every time you play, deposit or cash out.
What do I accept by creating an account?
1.1 Registering an account or putting money on any bet means you accept these Account Terms.
1.2 They work alongside our Promotion Terms, Personal Data Policy, Cookie Policy, Responsible Gaming, Identity Checks and 19+ Policy pages.
1.3 Disagree with these terms? Then skip registration and place no bets.
How do bonuses fit in?
2.1 Every offer runs under our Promotion Terms.
2.2 On any bonus question, the Promotion Terms take priority over this page.
How do the games work?
2.3 Each game's info screen lists its rules, paytable and return figures. Read them before playing.
3.1 Every outcome in our slots and digital table titles comes from a random number generator. No spin or hand depends on any other.
3.2 Live dealer games are broadcast from a studio, and whatever outcome the studio system logs is final.
3.3 A malfunction voids any play or payout it affects. We refund the stakes on every voided round.
What is not allowed?
4.1 You must not:
- open or operate any second account;
- use a payment method that is not in your name;
- use bots, scripts or any other form of automated play;
- collude with other players or share account access;
- exploit a software fault or pricing error;
- disguising your real location through a VPN or similar software;
- use your account for fraud or money laundering.
4.2 If we spot any such activity, we can void winnings, freeze funds and close the account.
Who controls the rights to site content?
5.1 The Chatham Casino name, logos, site design and text belong to us or our licensors. The studios that produce the games own their game content.
5.2 Copying, reusing or selling any of this material requires our written permission.
Who can play?
6.1 Playing here requires two things: you are 19+ and you are in Canada.
6.2 Sign-ups come only from places whose own laws allow it.
6.3 Canadian anti-money laundering, age and ID verification law applies to every account we run. Ahead of a first deposit, you must show proof of identity and of your home location. The Identity Checks page explains each step.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
7.1 All accounts run in Canadian dollars (CAD).
7.2 Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, MuchBetter or Payz (ecoPayz). Minimum deposit: C$5.
7.3 Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa or Payz (ecoPayz). Minimum withdrawal: C$20. Maximum: C$25,000 per day.
7.4 Bank wires clear in 12 hours or less. Most other cash-outs take at least 1 hour and no more than 4.
7.5 Every deposit and withdrawal is fee-free on our side.
7.6 Payouts go to a method in your own name, once your identity checks are complete.
How do I make a complaint?
8.1 Write to [email protected]. Tell us your username, the incident date and the transaction or game in question, and give a few lines explaining the problem.
8.2 Every complaint gets investigated, and you receive the result by email with all the reasons explained.
Which law applies?
9.1 These terms follow the laws in force in Canada that apply where you live and play.
How many accounts can I hold?
10.1 One account per person. Extra accounts are closed.
10.2 Give true details at registration and update them if they change.
10.3 Do not share your password. Play on your account counts as your play.
Can these terms change?
11.1 Yes. Any new version appears on this page, showing when it comes into force.
11.2 For major updates, you get an email from us or an on-screen notice at login. Keep playing once the new terms take effect and you accept them.
How far does your liability go?
12.1 We take no responsibility for losses due to faulty devices, events we cannot control or connection problems on your end.
12.2 Losses resulting from a breach of these terms are not our responsibility.
12.3 Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.
How do I contact you?
13.1 Email [email protected]. Our team handles every question by email.
