Promotion Terms
This page covers every Chatham Casino player who claims a bonus, cashback or other promotion. It applies once you opt in and stays in force until the bonus is cleared, used up, cancelled or expired.
What are the basic rules?
1.1 These Promotion Terms cover every offer we run, including Chatham Rewards.
1.2 On top of this page, every offer carries specific terms of its own. Where the two disagree, that offer's terms take precedence.
1.3 Our Account Terms also apply to every promotion.
Can I have two bonuses active at the same time?
2.1 No. A single bonus at a time is the limit per account.
2.2 Finish, forfeit or let the current bonus expire before you claim the next.
What counts as bonus abuse?
3.1 The following count as abuse:
- using more than one account to claim a single offer repeatedly;
- claiming through accounts linked to one household, device or payment method to repeat an offer;
- betting patterns built to minimize risk, for example backing both outcomes, placed only to meet wagering;
- breaking any rule on this page or in the offer details.
3.2 Bonus abuse can lead to the bonus and every linked win being cancelled, plus closure of the account.
How do I opt in?
4.1 Opt in through the offer in your account or on the promotions page.
4.2 Please check the terms of an offer before joining. By opting in, you accept them.
4.3 You can turn down any offer. Just do not opt in.
What is the current welcome offer?
5.1 First 24 hours: up to C$1,000 back on losses.
- Minimum deposit: C$5.
- Refunds your net losses over the first 24 hours of play.
- Cashback up to C$1,000.
- Paid as bonus funds.
- 1x wagering, to be cleared within 7 days.
5.2 Net losses are your real-money stakes minus your real-money wins over those 24 hours.
How does wagering work?
6.1 Wagering sets the amount of betting required to convert bonus funds into cash you can withdraw. For example, C$100 of cashback at 1x wagering means placing C$100 in bets.
6.2 Slots count in full toward wagering.
6.3 Live dealer games, video poker and table games count at a reduced rate or not at all. The rate for each game type is shown in the offer details.
6.4 Bets on excluded games do not move your wagering forward.
Is there a maximum conversion?
7.1 Where an offer caps how much bonus money can be turned into cash, the offer details state that cap.
7.2 Once wagering is done, we remove any amount over the cap.
Is there a maximum bet?
8.1 Bonus play comes with a maximum bet per spin or hand. The amount is set in the offer details.
8.2 Any bet over that limit lets us void the bonus together with all winnings tied to it.
Who can take part?
9.1 Players aged 19 or over, physically in Canada, where local law permits it.
9.2 You must have finished identity and location checks. Our Identity Checks and 19+ Policy pages explain more.

9.4 Not every offer runs in all provinces. Check the offer details to see where it applies.
When do bonuses expire?
10.1 Welcome cashback must clear its 1x wagering within 7 days of being paid.
10.2 Uncleared bonus money and its winnings are removed at expiry.
Can promotions change?
11.1 Promotions may be changed or ended by us. Updates appear here and in the offer details.
11.2 A change never takes away a bonus that has already been paid to you, unless the bonus was abused.
